Everyone interested in using the real time PCR system must undergo training by the Resource Center staff before they will be permitted to use the equipment. One formal training session will be held during the first month of each semester. Interested faculty, students and staff must provide a valid Cost Center number to which an initial user fee of $200 will be charged. Each user in the training session can have a free run of the 7300 instrument as practice for hands-on experience. Please contact Dr. Sha Jin (sjin@uark.edu) to enroll in a training session.
